Who is behind this

This site is a product of Point2Create BV. We build self-service tools: you fill in structured input, a machine analyzes it against datasets, and you get a report in which every outcome can be traced back to the rule that produced it.

What this site does

The front door provides three generators: a synergy baseline in which every synergy gets a source, owner, timeline and testable assumption, a Day 1 plan as a checklist dataset covering legal structure, contracts, payments, access and communication, and a Day 100 plan in which the tool sorts decisions by the cost of uncertainty. After that, the integration office itself functions as a tool: benefit tracking per synergy with status indicators and timers, a decision forum agenda, visible dependencies and a key-person risk list based on role, not on judgment. For sequential acquisitions, the standard 100 days can be saved as a reusable configuration. There's a standard question per component on what to integrate and what not to, because integrating can also destroy value.

We are not a consultancy

No person of ours is involved in your analysis. The intake, the scoring and the report are machine work; what you do with the outcome is up to you. If you want guidance, you choose that yourself as a route with a partner — after our report, outside our path.

Every outcome is explainable

We work with datasets and rules, not a black box. Every score shows which factors were decisive and where they come from. That's not just good practice: it's the only form you can present at a board table or a works council.

What we don't promise

No outcomes, no savings, no guarantees. Figures come with a range and a confidence label, because a figure without a margin is a figure that's wrong.

Vraag maar wat er op Day 1 moet staan, of wat integreren juist kapotmaakt.

Answers come from this site’s knowledge base. Not tailored advice, and not a scan of your company.
